We’re here to save you time! We’re sniffing out the top dog blogs, websites, newsletters, magazines and pet stores to bring you the best of the best. Just subscribe and leave the research up to us – we’ll deliver fun, useful and timely information directly to your email inbox.
How do I sign up?
All we need is your email address and zip code. Click here to go to our Sign Up page. Once you sign up, please take a minute to add email@woofreport.com to your address book to ensure our emails go to your inbox.
Will you ever sell or share my email address?
Never. We appreciate being invited into your email inbox and therefore, stand by our privacy policy, which states that we will not share or sell your email address. For more information, check out our Privacy Policy.
How often do you send Woof Report?
Woof Report sends out a daily newsletter every weekday except certain holidays. Our Woof Report Deals newsletter is sent about once a month. You can sign up for our daily newsletter or our monthly Deals newsletter – though we recommend both!
Do companies pay to be featured in Woof Report?
All items featured in Woof Report are selected exclusively by our editorial team. We never accept payment or any other compensation in exchange for editorial coverage. Our mission is to ensure that Woof Report is your practical, relevant and objective source for the information you and your dog need. We only select items that we ourselves like, believe in and would recommend to a friend. We do occasionally send out sponsored emails, which are clearly labeled as Woof Report Sponsor Scoop emails – see below for more information on those. For more information, see our Editorial Policy.
How do you make money?
Woof Report is supported by advertising, so our advertisers and sponsors help us to keep Woof Report coming your way each day. We sell advertising space within our newsletters, so you may see banner ads and text links along the sides, top or bottom of our emails. Also, we occasionally send Woof Report Sponsor Scoop emails on behalf of our advertisers. There are stand alone emails dedicated to an advertiser’s message and you'll recognize them by the subject line, which includes “Sponsor Scoop”. While these special emails are paid for, the products and companies featured are carefully screened so you will likely find them interesting – we hope you’ll enjoy them just as much as your regular Woof Report emails.
I have seen ads for non-profits in your Woof Report newsletters; do you charge non-profits to advertise, too?
Absolutely not! Since dogs (and all pets) bring so much to our lives, we’re committed to returning the favor. We’re happy to include ads, links, dogs in need of loving homes and more to promote awareness of animal welfare causes, pet adoption initiatives and charities. These are causes that are very important to us at Woof Report!
I have an idea for Woof Report. How do I send it to you?
We love hearing from you! Go to our Submit a Tip form or you can email us at tips@woofreport.com. If we use your idea in a daily email, we’ll be sure to give you credit in the email and on our website. If your tip is a joint effort from you and your pooch, we’ll be sure to mention him or her, too.
Where do I go to find tips that were featured in previous Woof Report emails?
Check out our Tip Archives page, where you can search all of our past tips or browse tips by category and date.
How do I add a comment to a tip?
First, find the tip you’d like to comment on within our Archives section on the site – search by keyword or category to find the tip. To add a comment, just click on the "Add a Comment" link located at the bottom of the page. Then, add your comment and click on the “Submit” button. To add a comment from an email message you’ve received, just click the “Comment on this Tip” link located on the left side of the tip.
How do I get my dog featured on your site and in Woof Report emails?
We can't get enough of your dog photos! To submit your dog's photo to be featured within our emails or on our site, click here. Click on the "Browse" button to locate the photo on your computer – jpeg, gif and png files are best. Please submit files under 2 MB and those without spaces in the file name. Once the photo file name appears in the field, click the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page. Once you hit Submit, wait for the 'thank you' confirmation page to appear to ensure the photo upload process is complete.
Can I re-publish your daily tips on my website or in my newsletter.
Of course! We just ask that you include our website URL when you do: http://woofreport.com or www.woofreport.com. You can also use the tools at the “BOOKMARK” link at the bottom of the home page to submit our tips to Digg, Newsvine and other sites. We’ll be adding a Woof Report widget and banners soon. Thanks for helping us spread the word!
